Invest NI wishes to appoint a service provider to undertake an evaluation of: •Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) in Northern Ireland covering the period from 1 April 2002 to 30 September 2010; and •an interim evaluation of shorter KTP (sKTP) in Northern Ireland, covering the period 1 January 2009 to 30 September 2010.
