Invest NI is Northern Ireland’s business development agency. Invest NI’s aim is to support new and existing businesses to grow and compete internationally, and to attract new inward investment to Northern Ireland. To support our ambition for Northern Ireland, Invest NI has recently embarked on a major programme of strategic change and restructuring under Transform, our Change Management Programme. Aligned to the Business Scorecard, Transform is examining all aspects of our business performance to build a high performing, customer focused organisation which will deliver best-in-class solutions for our customers and stakeholders. One of the major developments within Transform has seen Invest NI significantly expand its customer base. As part of our continuous development, Invest NI is looking for a Contractor to design, develop and deliver an Account Management training and development programme for customer facing staff. At this stage in the process, Invest NI wishes to establish the level of market interest to inform any procurement process. Interest parties are requested to complete and return the information as outlined in Section 9, "Format of Response" and Annex 2, "Pre-Procurement Market Engagement Questionnaire". Any submissions received in response to this exercise will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and Invest NI and will not be taken into account in any future tender evaluation exercise. PLEASE NOTE: This Exercise is not a pre-qualification or tendering exercise. Detailed proposals or submissions are not required. Any Questionnaire returned in response to this Exercise does not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and Invest NI. Respondents should also note that Invest NI will not be responsible for any costs and expenses that may be incurred in responding to this exercise.
