Independent Environmental Technical Advisory Services Please note the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) return date and time of 1500hours on Wednesday 26 June 2013. Contract Scope Translink intends to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Economic Operator, to provide Independent Environmental Technical Advisory Services relating to land contamination and associated environmental liabilities in connection with Translink’s operational requirements and land portfolio management activities. Operators will be required to work at a strategic management level across all Divisions that make up the Translink and NITHCO organisations. Services are expected to be predominantly required by the:  Safety, Health and Environment Department (SH&E);  Infrastructure and Property Division;  Procurement Department. To ensure independence in the advice provided throughout this contract, Translink seek to procure Operators that do not provide environmental consultancy services in the form of site investigation (including sub-contracting works), remediation contracting and/or emergency environmental response services. Consultants providing services to Translink as part of the existing Framework for Environmental Assessment Services would also be deemed unsuitable to qualify for these works.
