The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) is to enable Northern Ireland Water Limited (“NIW”) to select Applicants to be invited to tender to be included on a Professional Services Support Framework to assist in delivery of projects in the NIW Capital Works Programme. Applicants are invited to bid for the following lots within the PMO Professional Services Support Framework: - Lot 1: NEC Supervisors (Civil and M&E) & Specialist Technical Support - Lot 2: NEC Project Managers - Lot 3: Networks Modeling (Drainage and Zonal Studies) - Lot 4: Project Management and Design Stage 1 (Feasibility/Appraisal) - Lot 5: Commercial Management
