Tender description
LSBU have purchased a number of perpetual licenced IBM products as part of a contract between LSBU and IBM. Following a consolidation exercise of LSBU’s IBM product range, LSBU has made the decision to outsource 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and to contract with a partner who can provide a full managed service and deliver project based work, which requires configuration of the IBM product range, most notably ISIM and ISAM.
