IA2844 Contract for the Provision of a Facilities Management Service

Tender description

South Staffordshire District Council ("SSDC" or "the Council") is proposing to enter into a contract with a Contractor for the provision of facilities management services at the Council's main building the Codsall Community Hub. The Contractor will be required to carry out 3,6,9 and 12 monthly inspections of various mechanical and electrical plant, undertake servicing in accordance with recommendations and carry out any maintenance and repairs required. The Contractor will also be required to provide a call out service in both emergency and non-emergency situations. For emergency call outs it is expected that the Contractor will attend the site within 2 hours and cover 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
