HR Advice & Guidance Service

Tender description

The HR Advice & Guidance service is required as part of an integrated HR advice and guidance service providing first line support and case management directly to line Managers and HR Business Partners within Network Rail on nationwide basis. The provision of the service must cater for the following priority areas: • The service must provide effective case management; • The service should be delivered using an accessible platform(s) across the business capable of producing detailed management information reporting on all activities in scope; • All business areas must be considered a fundamental part of the service; • The advice provided must be commercially focussed, legally compliant and consistent in terms of the advice given, quality and service; • Management and Maintenance of intranet / web content for topics within scope; • A Line Manager engagement advice and guidance service for topics within scope, delivered by an appropriately skilled and trained team; • Ability to support, communicate and deliver targeted activities including Promotion events; Line Manager communications; broad HR campaigns
