Tender description

The Housing Refurbishment Framework will be focussed on the refurbishment of the Council’s Housing stock and will comprise two lots; one lot for housing refurbishment with a construction value below £2,500,000 and the second lot with a construction value above £2,500,000. Constructors selected to join one or other of the lots on this Framework will be invited to bid for individual contracts (“Specific Contracts”) let within the Framework through a mini-competition process. Constructors will be awarded specific contracts after these tender processes on the basis of both quality and price submitted as described in more detail below.
