Housing Options Service Soft Market Testing

Westminster City Council intends to procure its frontline advice and prevention, housing options and property services to meet the needs of those at risk of homelessness, statutory homeless individuals and families and to meet the housing needs of our residents in the borough. The current services are being re-shaped and divided into lots to better meet future needs of the service and to attract specialist providers that are well equipped and capable of delivering these services within a changing and challenging sector. This Prior Information Notice is for prior information only and to notify the market of the impending procurement and to invite interested suppliers of the opportunity to participate in the Council's soft market testing exercise where both the Council and bidders will have the opportunity to discuss in more detail the scope and nature of the opportunity, intended lots and timetable. The soft market testing will be conducted during the month of October and provide interested suppliers with the opportunity of a one-to-one session with Council representatives. Suppliers interested in participating in the soft market testing exercise should register, free of charge, on the capitalEsourcing system at www.capitalesourcing.com. Details of the opportunity will be published on the system and interested organisations will be required to complete a short online form. The deadline for requests to participate will be 30th September.
