Tender description

The contract is for the provision of a Hosted and Managed Digital Learning Environment (DLE) to Ulster University and consultancy to support the transition from an internally hosted Blackboard Learn 9.1 October 2014 environment. The licence fee for the current Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) expires on 31 July 2016 and this contract will commence on 1 March 2016 to support the transition to a hosted solution. The duration of the contract will be for forty one (41) months initially - 5 months transition and 36 months hosted and managed services. The contract includes an option to extend for two (2) periods of twelve (12) months each.
