Tender description

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham are seeking to engage with the provider market for domiciliary care services to help shape the future of our ‘care at home’ services for adults within the borough. We are engaging with providers alongside, care staff, relatives and customers to co-produce the approach and design which we expect to be operating from approximately March 2021. An engagement event for providers will be held at 3 Shortlands, London W6 8DA on Monday 2nd December 2019, 10:45 -13:00. We are at the start of the process of recommissioning our future Home Care Service and are offering providers the opportunity to discuss the future with us. This is the start of an on-going dialogue with our providers. Providers who are interested in attending the market engagement event should RSVP by e-mailing: Future.Homecare@lbhf.gov.uk
