This Project is for Elemental Improvement Schemes to various ward accommodation at Holywell Hospital 1. Ward Lissan 1. – Works Include: - The fabrication and erection of a new perimeter security fence that encloses a new purpose made external patient exercise and recreation area that will include forming access to the existing ward accommodation. 2. Tobernaveen Annex. – Works Include:- The formation of a new out patient facility in the existing Tobernaveen Annex ward facility. Construction of individual interview rooms, clinical rooms, offices and ancillary facilities and the extension and alteration on the existing buildings mechanical and electrical services. 3. Ward Inver 4. – Works Include:- Upgrading the existing ward facilities and surroundings to promote a more patient friendly environment for our clients suffering from Dementia.
