HILL - The Provision of a Fully Managed Pest Control Service

Project Overview The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a Contractor to provide a fully managed pest control service to the residents of Hillingdon from initial investigations, treatment (whereby this is a one-off treatment or several) through to the control and eradication of pest borne contamination. The Council considers this service to be of paramount importance as it recognises that pests within homes and premises can mean dirt, damage and disease for its residents and staff which can have an adverse effect upon its residents and that of the Borough. Contract Conditions Hillingdon intends to enter a contract for the Project. The proposed contract details are: Commencement date: 1st March 2016 Contract duration: 2 (two) years with possible extension up to a maximum of a further 1 (one) year, giving a potential total contract duration of 3 (three) years. Form of Contract: Standard Terms and Conditions as amended and the form of contract amendments are contained within the Invitation to Tender pack (contained within the Attachment area of the Portal).
