The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking to appoint consultant(s) to undertake a detailed study and consultation on the feasibility of reducing the speed limit of Harvil Road from 50mph to 40mph. The study is to address in detail the HGV movements along Harvil Road and identify / investigate ways to mitigate the impacts on residents.
