Tender description
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the “Authority”) seeks expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations to provide highway bridge and structure maintenance works as described in the Service Information (“the Services”/”the Contract”) as part of its wider highways maintenance re-procurement (“the Project”). This procurement is being undertaken as a Restricted Procedure procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“the PCRs”). The Authority has published a related contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
