HIA Inquiry - Electronic Presentation, Transcription and Audio Visual Services

OFMDFM wishes to procure legal support services during the oral hearings element of the Inquiry into Historical Institutional Abuse. The oral hearings for which the services are required will be held in Banbridge Courthouse, Victoria Street, Banbridge, BT32 2DH, Northern Ireland. The requirement is divided into the following 3 lots: • Lot 1 - Electronic presentation of evidence at the oral hearings • Lot 2 - Real time transcription and simultaneous recording and distribution of the proceedings at the oral hearings • Lot 3 - Audio-visual services to the oral hearings, including the distribution and display of evidence referred to in lot 1 Each lot includes the personnel, hardware, software, software licences and other requirements to establish, deliver and maintain the required level of service. Suppliers may bid for one or more lots. It is anticipated the contract will commence 1 November 2013 and will run until 31 December 2015 with the option to extend for 1 further period of up to 1 year.
