Tender description

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust has a requirement to contract for Heart Lung Machines and Thermo-regulator and maintenance. Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust will follow the Restricted OJEU process that will incorporate an EOI/PQQ and ITT Stage. All successful bidders at PQQ stage will be moved to ITT to receive the tender documents for submission by the tender closing date. A contract will be awarded to one supplier for 2 Heart Lung Machines and 1 Thermo-regulator with maintenance agreements in place to cover the machines for a period of 7 years. It is likely that the machines will be required to be fully commissioned by 28th February 2012 when the existing machines lease expires.
