Tender description
NHS Dudley wish to transfer an established 'Health Trainer Service' to an outside organisation, who will continue to nurture and develop the service in line with the ethos of the service, the needs of the Dudley population and DOH requirements. The service is situated in Dudley, West Midlands and covers the surrounding area. The Health trainers offer clients practical support, assessment, targeted advice, follow up sessions and onward referral to specialist services. They train people in skills that will enable them to actively set their own behavioural goals, manage their own lifestyle behaviour and ultimately become their own Health Trainer.
