Tender description

The aim of this exercise is to establish a Framework Contract to provide CDM Coordinator Services in accordance with Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) including Health & Safety Advice and Reports (Construction Projects / Works) . PLEASE NOTE THE PQQ SUBMISSION CLOSING DATE AND TIME OF 1500 HOURS ON TUESDAY 14 FEBRUARY 2012 The successful Economic Operators shall provide the following Professional Services for Infrastructure’s – Property & Structures, Permanent Way and Signalling Departments. Works may include, but not restricted to, the following asset groups Property – New Build or Refurbishment Structures – Replacement, Strengthening or Modification Signalling & Telecommunications – Alterations or New Build Permanent Way - Track Renewal and Rehabilitation The estimated fee value, excluding VAT, of the Services is £200k. Where the anticipated fees for an individual project exceed £30k a separate competition may be undertaken. This is an under threshold value contract. Regulation 8(1) of the Utilities Contracts Regulations provides that the Regulations do not apply to competitions in respect of under threshold contacts.
