Hamilton House is located on the London embankment bordering the City of London and Westminster areas, it is owned by the City of London Corporation and run by a managing agent who lets out rooms and areas of the building to companies and individuals on a rolling two month notice.Hamilton House is a listed building and consists of 5 upper floors plus ground and lower ground floors and can house a maximum of 500 people. There is approximately 150 telephones in use across all areas. There is no structured cabling in the building, all phones are connected via CW1308 block wiring
