Guttering, Gullies and Downpipes

Tender description

The works required by Birmingham Children’s Hospital Foundation Trust is the replacement of the damaged down pipes and guttering, this is to include for making good and restoring paintwork /redecoration in keeping with the current design of the area that form part of the works. Please include for brick work issues that arise while working within the vicinity the areas in question for the tender have been identified in the attached trust survey. A site visit is recommended to familiarize you with the building and constraints for working on this inner city site. This will help prevent any delays to the project being delivered on time. Please arrive at our Estates Office for 10.00am on 27th November 2013. As this is a live hospital can you limit numbers to two per company. Phase one is to start on the morning of Monday 16th December 2013 and to be completed by the morning of Sunday 2nd March 2014; it is envisaged the last working week in December will allow for preparing the site in readiness for work to commence after the Christmas break.
