Guildhall Event Chairs

Tender description

The City invites Bidders to submit a Selection Questionnaire for the provision of the supply and delivery of Guildhall events chairs. The contract will require the manufacture and delivery of c.1,000 replacement chairs for use at events held across its venue spaces. The replacement chairs should be sympathetic to the history and grandeur of Great Hall and the existing chairs and maintain the highest possible quality standards. Delivery of the chairs will be expected to be completed by the supplier within 14-16 weeks of receipt of the first purchase order. Bidders will, as part of their submission at tender stage, be required to provide up to 20 sample chairs and one trolley/storage device for evaluation. The precise quantity of sample chairs to be provided will be notified to shortlisted bidders at the commencement of the tender stage. It is expected that the sample chairs will be provided and delivered to the Guildhall within 10 weeks from the commencement of the tender stage.
