Tender description

Provide and maintain a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing site including the removal of all cutting waste and other materials produced through the implementation of the contract, provisions for inclement weather (gritting) are also required. The areas to be maintained shall comprise of all soft and hard landscaped areas including lawns, banking, garden beds, borders, car parks and adjacent service roads. The following will be required: grass cutting/trimming, border maintenance, path clearing/spraying, hedge trimming, pruning, clearing leaves/litter and gritting. Provide and maintain equipment to enable the conditions of contract to be fulfilled. The contract terms will be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months in increments to be decided by WMAS NHS Trust at various ambulance service premises situated across the Black Country,Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Hereford,Shropshire, Worcester and Staffordshire used by West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
