Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of a contractor to undertake the works as described in MOI Part B. This project is funded by the EU’s INTERREG IVA Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body. Loughs Agency is the lead partner on this programme, as well as project partner on the projects detailed in this PQQ document. The site is tidal, (located along the River Foyle) subject to river currents and experience river floods. The River Foyle is tidal and can be brackish (but not salt water) at this location. The river is a Natura 2000 site. The site is on the border with Republic of Ireland.
