Tender description
The Project will involve the construction of a Mental Health Crisis Unit comprising a 30 bed acute admission facility, a 25 place acute day care facility, 24 hour/7 day home treatment crisis team accommodation, offices, roads, carparking and landscaping outdoor areas. The Unit will have a gross internal floor area of approximately 4,000m2.
