Tender description

Buying Solutions is seeking to establish a list of multiple venues for overnight accommodation services for use by or on behalf of UK public sector organisations in Schedule 1 of this Pack 1; in each of the locations listed in Pack 3 – Regions, Locations, Volumes and Allocation Information. The minimum specifications required from all Tenderers are shown in Section 2, Specifications of Pack 2 – Tender Completion Instructions. The objectives of the programme are for the public sector to consolidate volumes and deliver savings through the development of directly negotiated rates, allocations and associated added value from Tenderers. Buying Solutions will be seeking to develop closer working relationships with successful Tenderers to provide the required services. Buying Solutions will also be working closely with Central Government to aggregate mandated volumes booked through contracted booking agents; other UK public sector organisations, as specified in Schedule 1 of this Pack 1, will also be eligible to access the Venue Rate Agreement. Please note that this ITT is for “Part B” services, for the purposes of the Public Contract Regulations 2006.
