Tender description

The City invites Tenders for the provision of New Residential Units and Associated Maintenance and Repair Works George Elliston & Eric Wilkins Houses Repair and maintenance works to existing roofs, brickwork, windows and lifts, provision of new entrance area on the ground floor between the blocks, provision of 4 No. new infill dwellings on the 1st to 4th floors between the blocks and provision of 9 No. new dwellings constructed on the roofs of both blocks. The City of London has received Planning permission from the London Borough of Southwark on 01 April 2014 to construct 13 new flats (4 one bed, 7 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom). The work will also include roof repair and window replacement. The existing blocks consist of 65 flats of which 15 are held under long leases.
