FSNI PPE Equipment and Outdoor Clothing

Tender description

Forensic Science Northern Ireland (FSNI) wishes to establish a contract with suitably experienced Contractor(s) for the Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for both Indoor and Outdoor Use. Tenderers should note, although FSNI is the lead Contracting Authority for this contract, the Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS) and State Pathologist Department (SPD) are also named Contracting Authorities under this contract and reserve the right to purchase PPE Equipment as and when the needs arises within the scope of this contract. The purpose of this contract will fulfil the Contracting Authorities supply and delivery requirement and standardise products wherever possible. This contract will be split into the following Lots:- 1. Bulk Personal protection Consumables and personal protection equipment 2. Outdoor clothing A list of all materials/items to be supplied under each lot is attached in Annex A of the Specification Schedule. The Initial Contract Period is Two (2) Years. There is a potential for 3 further extensions of 1 year each. Prices must be fixed for the Initial Contract Period.
