Tender description

Nottingham University Hospitals Trust (NUH) is looking to appoint a single contractor to assist the trust to deliver the Friends & Family Test in line with the Department of Health National Guidance at Nottingham University Hospitals Trust, City Hospital Campus and Queens Medical Centre. The Friends and Family Test aims to provide a simple, headline metric which, when combined with follow-up questions, can be used to drive cultural change and continuous improvements in the quality of the care received by NHS patients. With effect from the 1st April 2013 there will be a change to the existing Department of Health guidelines in terms of the delivery of the Friends and Family Test within the NHS. The full Department of Health Implementation guide is available within the documents included on the NHS sourcing website and it is strongly recommended that bidders read the full guidance with particular reference to sections 2, 3, 4 & 5 prior to submitting a bid.
