Tender description
The Countess of Chester Hospital (COCH) Commercial Procurement Service is setting up a single-supplier framework agreement for the provision of natural gas that can be utilised by NHS bodies and up to 10 other public bodies. This collaborative approach creates an aggregated purchasing portfolio which provides a committed volume to the wholesale market. COCH Commercial Procurement Service requires a single provider of natural gas with suitable capability and capacity to provide natural gas, bought through fixed, part fixed-part flexible, fully flexible and customer bespoke strategies through the wholesale market.
