Framework Agreement for the Supply of Electricity

The Countess of Chester Hospital (COCH) Commercial Procurement Service is setting up a single-supplier framework agreement for the provision of electricity that can be utilised by NHS bodies and other public bodies. This collaborative approach creates an aggregated purchasing portfolio which provides a committed volume to the wholesale market. COCH Commercial Procurement Service's Energy Partner will track the wholesale market and adopt strategies offering opportunities to procure electricity for the Participating Authorities. The range of electricity purchasing strategies available under the Framework will include fixed, part fixed - part flexible, fully flexible and Customer bespoke strategies. COCH Commercial Procurement Service requires a single provider of electricity with suitable capability and capacity to provide electricity, bought through fixed, part fixed - part flexible, fully flexible and customer bespoke strategies through the wholesale market. A Tenderer's conference will be held in the week commencing 25th May 2015. Further details will be provided to tenderers wishing to attend.
