Framework Agreement 'B' for construction related consultancy services

Tender description

The Contracting Authority has identified a need to put in place five framework agreements. This Competition concerns Framework Agreement ‘B’ only. Framework Agreement ‘B’ is for the provision of construction-related professional design services. The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint an integrated consultant team (ICT) which shall include the following core professional disciplines (referred to herein as ‘Key Service Roles’): - Architect, - Building Services Engineer, - Structural Engineer, and - Civil Engineer. An outline description of Framework Agreement ‘B’ and the services required under it is detailed in the PQQ documentation Section 2: Framework Agreement Overview and Section 3: Scope and Operation of the Framework Agreement. Any person appointed to Framework Agreement ‘B’ will be expected to work collaboratively on project(s) with consultant’s appointed under other framework agreements procured separately by the Contracting Authority and with technical and professional personnel employed directly within the Contracting Authority.
