Floodlit 2GSynthetic Sand Dressed Grass Pitch At Ballymena Showgrounds, Warden Street, Ballymena Overview Of The Works The Contract is for the provision of works involving site clearance, ground works and drainage installation, provision of a 2G synthetic sand dressed grass pitch, road works, drainage works, fencing installations, floodlighting, amenity lighting, and service alterations. The works also include provision of site furniture and landscape works. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information (see Document 2 of 2). Form Of Contract The Contract will be a JCT 2011 Standard Form of Building Contract 2011 with Quantities (SBC/Q). MWA Partnership Ltd is appointed by the Employer to act as its agent for the Contract to be entered into and will represent the Employer in all matters relating to the Contract. This process will strictly be in full compliance with the JCT Standard Form of Building Contract 2011with Quantities (SBC/Q) contract conditions.
