Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (BCPFT) has recently completed a detailed appraisal of its Estate in line with the Department Of Health’s ‘Risk Based Methodology for Establishing and Managing Backlog’. The survey process is based on the Trust completing detailed on-site surveys and inspections on the following Facets of its estate; 1. Physical Condition. 2. Mandatory fire safety requirements. The Trust has now completed and reported against the physical condition elements of the surveys and included within this report were a number of caveats and general statements around the Mandatory fire safety requirements as a result of restricted access etc You are therefore requested to submit a fixed price quotation to the Trust to carryout, in line with the specification detailed below, Mandatory Fire Safety inspections of all fire compartments across the inpatient sites identified
