Tender description
The City invites Tenderers to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for the provision of Insurance Services split into the following Lots. Lot 1 – Fine Art – Permanent Collection Lot 2 – Barbican Centre and Barbican International Exhibitions (temporary exhibitions) The contract will be a Long Term Agreement (LTA) of a duration of 3 years, subject to the right of the Authority (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 2 years. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 5 years (3+2).
