Tender description

The BBC is conducting a competitive procurement for the provision of Finance & Accounting BPO services and related application and infrastructure management services (Lot 1) and Payroll services (Lot 2) in accordance with the Competitive Dialogue procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. In addition, Lot 3 is for a fully managed service contract for the provision of all the services in Lots 1 and 2 together. (Note: the BBC will make a decision as to whether it continues with Lots 1 and 2 or just with Lot 3 during the procurement process). The contract(s) will have a term of up to 7 years with services commencing on 1st November 2016.
