Feasibility Study for proposed Greenway (Ballaghaderreen to Kilfree old Railway line) - Roscommon and Sligo Counties

The RosSligo Greenway Group is seeking suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary engineering consultants to carry out a feasibility study on the possible future Greenway along the disused railway line between Ballaghaderreen and Kilfree (Roscommon & Sligo) to be used as part of a submission on the project to the Department of Rural and Community Development. Feasibility Study Deliverables: The successful tenderer, will be required to complete a comprehensive Feasibility Study. Key deliverables include: stakeholder/community consultations; pre-planning consultations with local authorities; preparation of project plan; biodiversity/habitat study; mapping of proposed site; masterplan for preferred options; and cost plan. Advisory: Please note while this is one project, for the purposes of invoices, the successful consultant will need to submit a separate set of invoices to Sligo and Roscommon County Councils respectively. This is due to County budget requirements/rules.
