FD2682 - Call for Expressions of Interest: Supporting the Uptake Low Cost Resili

Tender description

The aim of the project is to identify barriers and to propose solutions to promote low cost approaches that would make properties at risk of flooding more resilient to damage from flood waters. This procurement process is a two-stage procurement. The Authority is using an e-Tendering System for this procurement exercise. The EOI is only available in electronic form which can be accessed via your web browser. Defra are conducting a two stage competition for this tender. This document is the first stage of this two stage competition. Tenderers will only be required to, at this first stage of the competition, submit technical responses. At this first-stage there is no requirement to submit a commercial response. The four highest scoring tenderers for this EOI in the “Technical Questionnaire” will be taken through to the second stage of this competition. Tenderers who are not in the four highest scoring results for this EOI in the “Technical Questionnaire” will not be taken through to the second stage of this competition
