Tender description
The Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment (DETI) and Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) wish to appoint a service provider to undertake an evaluation of Invest NI’s suite of property interventions. The evaluation will review all current land and property policies and specific interventions undertaken during the period 1 September 2004 to 30 September 2009.
