Tender description

The Renewable Energy Business Network (Ren Net) project is part financed by the European Union’s European Regional Development fund through the INTERREG IVA Programme managed by the Special European Union Programmes Body (SEUPB). The project aims to establish a network of businesses and individuals that are involved in or wish to get involved in the green economy or renewable energy sector. The Ren Net Project is seeking to engage consultants to assist and support in the evaluation and monitoring of the Ren Net Project funded by the Special European Union Programmes Body, INTERREG IVA Programme within the framework of the Cross-Border Territorial Co-operation Programme for Northern Ireland, the Border Counties of Ireland and Western Scotland 2007 – 2013. The consultant will be required to monitor and evaluate the Ren Net Project, providing baseline, interim and end of project evaluation reports based on project aims and impacts and evaluate the efficiency of the programme management structure.
