Estates Services (Hard FM)

Tender description

Solent NHS Trust intends to appoint a single Supplier to deliver a range of Estates Services (Hard FM) under a single contract. Objectives: 1.2.1. To contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the NHS's business through the continuous, reliable and efficient provision and maintenance of a wide range of services to all elements of the building, associated engineering systems and grounds to ensure a safe, compliant, comfortable, functional and attractive working, caring and healing environment. 1.2.2. To ensure the continuous, reliable, efficient and cost effective provision of main services including sewerage, steam, hot and cold water and medical gas services. 1.2.3. To ensure that the NHS's energy efficiency is maximised. 1.2.4. To enable the NHS to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements and to plan strategically in an informed manner, provide and maintain accurate and relevant information regarding the estate(s).
