Estates Professional Project Support and Land Agency Services

Tender description

The Environment Agency would like to appoint Suppliers to a framework to support our in house Estates team on local operational projects. External professional support is required to provide specialist advice and additional resource from chartered surveyors who will act on behalf of the Environment Agency. Local expertise is required on land agency, general practice surveying including compensation and valuations and pre and post entry condition surveys. The framework will be awarded as seven, regional lots; Lot 1 – North West Lot 2 – North East Lot 3 – South West Lot 4 – Central Lot 5 – East Lot 6 – South East Lot 7 –Thames Each Lot will require the following support; A. Rural and commercial surveying and estate management. B. Building Surveying C. Additional services D. Optional Services Further detail of our requirements is provided within the Specification. One supplier will be appointed to each lot (subject to satisfactory bids being received). Suppliers will have the opportunity to bid for all, or any combination, of the 7 Lots. This is the supplier selection stage, please only complete the specified questions within the Supplier selection information and guidance document.
