Tender description

Offers are invited, subject to the terms herein and also to the Terms of Offer (Document 2), for the provision of a Building Management System Maintenance Service, in accordance with the NHS Terms and Conditions of Contract (Document 3), Supplementary Conditions of Contract (Document 4), and the goods and / or services detailed in the background information and service specification document (Document 5). A Contractor is sought for the provision of a service contract to manage and maintain the existing BMS within Birmingham Children's Hospital. The Contract shall run from 02 July 2012, and shall be for a one year period, with the option to extend year on year up to a maximum term of three years.
