ESBU - PSNI - Seapark - Scientific Support & Photography Mapping Fit-Out (B2)

Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Seapark PSNI Station, 151 Belfast Road, Carrickfergus and include. • Fit-out of existing warehouse accommodation and extension of same to create new external wall with bespoke cladding wall system wrapped around new staircase to provide specialist office, storage and workshop areas. • Internal construction works include structural modifications, insertion of new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, fittings and fixtures and associated mechanical and electrical services. • M&E services to reduce energy consumption namely through the inclusion of low energy light fittings and passive stack ventilation system. • External works will include the provision of a new car parking area to the front with charging points. • Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NICEIC accredited or equivalent. • The contract period will be approximately 20 weeks.
