Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Harbour Court, Heron Road, Belfast, and include. The proposed work involves the creation of the Northern Ireland Safety & Lifeskills Education Facility at Harbour Court, Heron Road, Belfast to comprise the fitting out of an existing building to create offices and associated accommodation throughout ground and first floor levels. The work will include new internal walls, floor finishes, suspended and structural ceilings, new doors to create office and ancillary accommodation and specialist scenario street scene sets. Electrical works will include new switch boards and general power installation, new lighting, data, telephone, CCTV and access control systems Mechanical works will include a new boiler and heating system, Air conditioning and ventilation system, sanitary ware. 1. Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NIEIC accredited or equivalent, Mechanical Sub Contractor to be Gas Safe registered or equivalent. The contract period will be approximately 22 weeks.
