ESBU PSNI - MAHON ROAD PSNI STATION – PROVISION OF COVERED CARPARK (B1)

Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Mahon Road PSNI Station, 50 Mahon Road, Portadown, BT62 3SF and include: Erection of 2no large covered car parking bays each holding 12 motor vehicles constructed from a steel frame, with insulated panel mono-pitch roof, bearing of reinforced concrete pad foundations. Electrical works will consist of general power and lighting circuits. The ground will be prepared to receive a bitumen macadam surface, or concrete hardstanding, complete with associated drainage to include the installation of a petrol interceptor. Entrance and egress to the parking area will be via access controlled vehicle boom barriers Construction of a single storey traditional cavity masonry building integrated within covered car parking bay (above) , with concrete floor slab and insulated mono pitched roof, to accommodate 10 motorcycles and associated office & storage space. Electrical works consist of main distribution switchgear, general power, LED lighting, access control, specialist data & comms and intruder alarm. Mechanical works consist of LPHW system, wall mounted radiators, and a new boiler with automatic BEMS off-site control. •Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – Electrical Sub Contractor – to be NICEIC accredited or equivalent.
