Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Lislea Drive PSNI Station, Lislea Drive, Belfast, BT9 7JG and include. Electrical Works – To increase the maximum demand for the site from its current 250 kVA to 600 kVA. This will involve upgrading existing sub-mains and switchgear. Building Works - Construction of a traditional flat roof masonry structure to accommodate new NIE transformer and switchgear including installation of new site duct network. Mechanical Works - Supply and installation of a new main site generator set and one new communications generator set including ancillary fuel storage facilities. Licences, Accreditations and Certifications required – NICEIC accredited or equivalent. The contract period will be approximately 16 weeks
