Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Gough PSNI Station, 4–8 Barrack Hill, Armagh, BT60 1BT and include: To resurface the site with bituminous surfacing and carry out various other remedial works • Take up and reset all ironmongery, gullies, covers and frames in preparation of new surfacing. • Planing surface to maintain kerb show and maintain falls to drainage points. • Cut out damaged sections of base course and reinstate with bitumen macadam base course. • Supply and lay bitumen macadam regulation course to achieve falls for drainage. • Over lay car parking and footways with tack coat & 40mm bitumen macadam surface course, and roadways with bitumen tack coat & 40mm asphalt wearing course with pre-coated stones. • Remark parking bays, hazard boxes and lining. • Carry out remedial works to 7 no. flights of external steps. • Construction of a flight of external steps and 3 no. footways. • Remove an obstructing stanchion of the rear security fence from the rear access roadway.
