Tender description

The Contract will involve works at Ardmore PSNI Station, 3 Belfast Road, Newry and include: Construction of new blast resistant external lift structure to connect and integrate into existing building. This will include alteration to main building external walls and existing drainage systems. Electrical works consist of the supply and installation of a new electric traction 8 person passenger lift, alterations to existing main switch gear, general electrics, new lighting, fire alarm, DDA refuge alarms and PABA system Mechanical works consist of alterations to existing ventilation, heating and building energy management control systems. The contract period will be approximately 16 weeks.
