Tender description

The contract is for the upgrade & repair of existing concrete service roads to current standards and overlay concrete with bitumen bond coat on reinforced matting to adequate falls. Repairs include making up levels to potholes, repairing cracks and partial replacement. Concrete repairs will be a combination of un-reinforced and reinforced concrete depending on area replaced. Existing kerb lines will be maintained where possible and new kerbs to match existing. Existing bit-mac speed bumps will be removed and replaced on a like-for-like basis Works will include adequate signage; repairs to existing drainage where required, re-new thermo-plastic road markings, hazard boxes, etc. Works will also include the installation of 1no Drop Arm Barrier and new concrete bollards. Works may also include the upgrade of Site Lighting to compile with PSNI Standards & Scales.
